End-User License Agreement

Grant of License

Restrictions on Transfer
Without first obtaining the express written consent of RealEstateSpreadsheets.com, you may not assign your rights and obligations under this Agreement, or redistribute, encumber, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your rights to the Spreadsheet.
Restrictions on Alteration
This Spreadsheet may not be modified or altered in any manner and copyright, disclaimers and logos may not be removed from this Spreadsheet. You may not modify the Spreadsheet or create any derivative work of the Spreadsheet or its accompanying documentation. Derivative works include but are not limited to translations. You may not alter any files, formulas or libraries in any portion of the Spreadsheet.
Termination
Failure to comply with any of the terms under this EULA will be considered a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the cancellation of your license and the suspension of your access to this Spreadsheet. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Spreadsheet.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Costs
This Agreement is governed by the laws of New York, without regard to New York’s conflict or choice of law provisions. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
